The only hall we could find available is the same one we used for last summer’s event:  Stapleford Pavilion\, Gog Magog Way\, Stapleford\, Cambs\, CB22 5BQ.  We are keeping the time at 10am – 3pm; those of you on the workshop will be re-contacted by our workshops co-ordinator Beth Parks shortly\, to make sure you can get to this new venue. \nWith many apologies to you all!  Arbury\, for the first time since we’ve been using their halls\, made a mistake in their booking system (entirely their fault\, they have admitted)\, which has meant the change of venue.  However we hope to see everyone at Stapleford: there is plenty of parking on site and in the roads nearby.   Please come along and support the event and support our trader\, Uppingham Yarns\, which have generously agreed to bring a large selection of their range this time. \nBest wishes to all \nCamilla

DESCRIPTION:Part of traditional culture going back well over a thousand years\, Chinese knotting\, now a decorative art\, is said to have originated from a means of communicating ideas that pre-dates writing.  Member Eona Bell\, who also administers our Textile Traditions Study Group\, will tell us more about the methods and symbolism of this art form. \nA Zoom link will be emailed to members in advance of the meeting.
